I got into this work because every repair or improvement in someone's home deserves more than a band-aid. It should be done right, the first time, every time. But the quality of the work is only part of what I bring. The other part is harder to put on a business card. It's the experience. The open conversations, the trust built along the way, the moment a client realizes they're not carrying this alone anymore. That's what I show up for.

Every home I walk into I treat as a privilege, not a right. I'm a guest in your space and I'm conscious of that every single minute I'm there. Got a dog who doesn't love the sound of a drill? Let's figure out a plan. Kids home doing homework? Tell me and we'll work around it. Your home isn't a job site to me. It's someone's life. And I treat it that way.

Every project I take on has its own identity to me. I remember each one. Not just the work, but the person, the situation, the look on a client's face when everything comes together. That partnership and that moment of relief is what stays with me long after the tools are packed up.

I remember one client who called in a panic. She was moving out and needed a repair done that same day or she'd miss a critical deadline that would cost her real money. I moved things around and got there. While working I noticed something else that was bothering her. Something she hadn't even asked about. I took care of it, shared what I knew, and made sure she felt looked after through the whole thing. She made her deadline. She left her home in beautiful condition. And she told me afterwards that what started as one of the most stressful days she'd had turned into a genuinely good experience.
